Sessions: 4 sessions per 4 week period
Each week includes:

Weekly Plan for Building Confidence, Well-Being, and Productivity
Week 1: Building the Foundation
Week 2: Developing Self-Awareness and Confidence
Week 3: Building Social Connections and Self-Efficacy
Week 4: Embracing Growth and New Habits
Session Format: All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom, FaceTime, or other online platform, based on client preference. The client must have both camera and audio turned on during each session.
Client Responsibility: Client is responsible for contacting the coach at the scheduled time. If the client is late or misses the session, no make-up time or refund will be offered. Unused time cannot be rolled over to future sessions.
Coaching Fees: $600 for full 4 week program.
Payment Method: Payment is required at the beginning of the 4 week period via Zelle, PayPal or Venmo.
Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable.

Optional Extra Time: Additional 25 minutes available for $100. These can be added during the 4 weeks or within 2 weeks after the program ends. Please notify the coach in advance to arrange any additional sessions.
